Items will always be packaged and sent within 2 (often 1) working days of your order being placed. We take great care to wrap each guitar individually using bubble wrap to protect from damage in transit. Each package will be sent using tracking to your door so you can be 100% confident that your item will arrive safe. We are so confident that your guitar will arrive safe that we will replace any guitar that is damaged in transit for free.
